Side-cocking spyder

Hi all,
I have a project on my mind - turning MR2 into bullpup rifle - but I'm having a problem as to figure out how to solve its cocking? It cannot be done from the rear, so it has to be on the top or preferably on the side.
I think that I saw someone did make side-cocking, but dunno remeber was it MR1 or 2, and where it was?

Apart from some clues as how to do that, could you recommend me some other Sypder that already has side-cocking. Cocking mechanism cannot protrude from the rear, and it has to have e-grip or it has to be compatible with MR2-like e-grip. Has to be cheap, but reliable.

BTW, i found this Spyder AMG LCD (http://www.pbnation.com/showthread.php?t=2994726&highlight=spyder) for 50 USD. Is it any good?

I would still prefer some MR-like solution, because of the angled feedneck

I had an older Spyder Xtra and converted it to side cocking with a dremel. However any older "vision" cocking marker (esprit, Imagine, etc) would work.

all you would have to do is slot the side of the marker throw in a pin or somethimg to pull on to cock it. However you lose alot of what is great about the MR2/3 no external moving parts as you would now have a pin slamming back and forth on the side.

Well, I'm about to stuck it into a Steyr AUG shell :) It will fit nicely, apart that I have to shorten trigger frame and reposition the board, but that's not a problem. Problem is that I need side-cocking that I could connect to AUG cocking handle. I cannot use existing T-cocking as T-handle will protrue from the rear of the stock. I cannot move MR forward, as I will have to cut the shell.
Now, MR2 is only an option here. I will settle with any other Sypder, as I have only spyder threaded barrels. But, only if I can fit E-grip on it and if I can fix side-cocking.
Maybe if I use some other marker, like Ion?

PS - AUG is some cheapo airsoft rifle that I got for 25 USD. For airsoft purposes, it is a piece of crap.

Indeed. And the AUG cocking rods fit nicely around MR body.
