Feedneck?

I got a new vs2 in the mail and when it arrived, the feedneck piece thats inside the collar that clamps, came broken.
So I'm going to buy a new feedneck and wanted everyones personal opinions on the best aftermarket feedneck for the vs2.

anything with ion/vs threads will work just fine.

its really up to your personal preference. so far i've liked my shocktech no rise clamping feednect the best.

Whats the deal with the feednecks that say holes/no holes/tabs?
I haven't taken apart my new vs2 yet so I have no clue.

just different types of feednecks. you have a threaded stlye feedneck.

you need ion threaded feedneck.

since almost everybody and there uncle make these feednecks for the ion you will find a plethura of availible feednecks.

shocktech and ccm have been the only feednecks i have liked so far.

The piece your referring to is supposed to have a split in it.

This looks broken though:confused:
The edges are rough and layered and scratched and just rough, not smooth and straight.
or is this just a cheap factory job? Because it fell out when I took the hopper off to try it out
