I need some phone help

i got a new cell phone 2 months ago and am trying to play mp3s and such on it. i got a micro sd card for and loaded it with the music i want and sync ed the music to the card. i put it in the phone but no music shows on it...so i look at the card memory on the phone and it says my music space used 136 megabytes.....what am i doing wrong.....i needs the music for life with out sound like a movie with out a plot :dodgy:

With some phones, they will only see the music if it is placed in either a MUSIC or MEDIA file. Check what your phone does, or, post what phone you have and I can dig around a little.

Ok, I can't find anything specific but it looks like you need to drag the music files into a folder named MY MUSIC for the phone to recognize it.

Sorry, that's about as much as I could think of. If it was one of our phones I could help more. I would say stop by a VZ company store and ask one of the associates.

maybe change the format of the MP3. make it like a windows music file or something and send it to yourself from your email.
