Has anyone seen a regulator adapter for the VS1? I ordered on that looked like it fit, only to find out the hard way that it didn't, everything else is listed for VS2 and 3. I really don't want to give up my vertical front block, as I can't stand the 15* blocks.

Will an older spyder model front block work? I think the VS1 is running the older style valve. try E-Mailing them your queston[.http://www.sundragonpps.com/paintball_spps_home.html (http://www.sundragonpps.com/paintball_spps_home.html)

Totally missed your response, sorry. No, a regular front block won't fit, the VS1 still has the shroud over the block like the 2 and 3. It's okay, I sent an email out to my airsmith, hopefully he'll be able to hook me up. If he can, anyone else want one?

i drilled my old block out bigger and rounded the top so it would fit.
or you could square of the body and drill and tap a new hole

as you can see yes that very own vs1 you own pictured right here

Will an older spyder model front block work? if modified correctly i had trouble with the orings every now and then
I think the VS1 is running the older style not related to the question. but it is an older style valve in the sense it has a normal pin but the valve body is unique in the sense it is held in by a larger holding screw

um too much to post in one post so i hope i answer the question

vs1 block will be listed as the vs2 stuff
same with vs2 trigger will fit.

other differences include eye covers, bolt pin, slim striker, normal style vavle unique to the VS1 and probably the 08'pilot. a front block, foregrip, and asa. the frame is composite, the trigger isn't as adjustible, the board has a lower ROF

Well, I guess I got lucky and got the one that doesn't fit the VS1, oh well, time for custom work.

VS1's have the same 'reg' as the pilots and sonix pros, I have never seen an adapter before.

If I get them made, how many people would seriously get one?

oh, yeah the part the foregrip attaches to.

but the VA is round at the top and the body is thread for the screw and the VA is recessed where as the older style have the VA that is threaded.

if you made them they would fit the VS1, 2, 3. RS. and RSX
which here is an example

i'd be tempted but i'd want to a rough sketch first.
from my understanding yours would be the same angle as the VS1?

Well these are a "go" I won't have any sketches, I'm sending the airsmith my front block to use as a reference. It's a pretty simple part though, it'll be a slip-fit at the top, just like the expansion chamber that's stock, at the bottom, it'll have standard ASA threads. I don't go for fancy milling or anything like that, it'll just be a round tube with set screws for the slip-fit. I'm going to get it made as short as I can.

Any other requests?

hmm. ok. i'm in.

just make sure he uses the vs1 VA to base the part that is inserted into the gun. the old style is way different.

I would like no Guage hole. it looks cleaner .

i'll take mine no anno
