i played the other day with my vs2 and chronographed my gun and it was shootin 370 so i turned it all the way down and it was shootin 320's so i tightened my line and got it to shoot 315 but thts it...is there any way of lowering this without clipping the spring?

Get a spring kit and use the light spring.

Lower the input pressure at the reg. Then adjust marker.

In that case, lower your reg pressure, and then get a spring kit...
