I'd go with the 14 inch length doesn't really matter

The functional length of the barrel is about the first 8 inches or so. After that you only need a bit more for accuracy.
If you are going to play tight then a 12" would be great. If you are going to use the barrel to push aside bunkers/trees and brush then a 16" barrel is nice. For 90% of the play most of us do a 14" is just right.

14 has mine vote too. considering that is what I use and love it

Im with bamf it really only matters how exactly you play. 14 and 16 are both good so I would sugest taking his advice and choosing based on your game style, not what we say is "best"
J&J ceramic 16", the one you can shoot the paint out of its a good barrel but not as good as the aero twis I got, the aero twist is way more accurate

you will get better accuracy with paint to bore matching. no aero twisty apex rubber bumper bunny things help. J&Js seem to be pretty good barrels. I like mine. Consistency will also help with ball on ball placement. Tune you marker as well as possible. Polish internals.... bla bla... hpa vs co2... bla
