Were the eyes turnd on? Do they work? To test remove air and hopper and all rounds, cock the marker turn it on and see if it will fire. If it does you need to get new eyes. both lights green eyes are on.

What barrel are you using? The bore might be too small for the paint... We don't shoot "bullets" in paintball... ;)

Also, I severely doubt you're outshooting a Reloader B, as it's equivilent to a HaloB. Turn out your velocity screw as well.

its the barrel you buy with the gun

I found the problem and it the has something to do with the spring because when i put the velocity all the way down and thats like 260-280 fps and my field's velocity is 280 fps so i have to turn it all the way down but it jams but when i put it higher it doesn't jam but i dont know what velocity its at now because i tried it at home so the velocity is probably higher than 300 fps but i need it at 280 fps or lower without jamming can someone help me please

Get a spring kit, and put in a light main spring. Kits are only $10 or so, so you shouldn't have too much of an issue with getting one.

Have you tried adjusting the regulator? Put the adjustment screw in the back of the gun to about stock position and adjust the regulator...the back screw on the gun should be used for fine tuning only.

Check your manual on how to adjust the regulator.
