Does anyone know where I can buy a reasonably priced Teepee including the poles and covers forsure, possibly a liner etc? If you have any suggestions/tips or whatever, finally, how big would be adequate to keep set up year round, and maybe sleep 5-7 people every once in awhile while still having room for say a fire, and maybe a few little odds and ends, and perhaps for one person to live out of for short times?

I've googled, but not really anything came up other than bittorrent (hey, im just as confused as you) and only 3 teepee makers, and a bunch of random things like books on natives etc. Ebay... doesn't even have a single one, only books, and childs toys.

Probably because you spelled it "teepee" instead of "tipi".
Build your own? (http://www.inquiry.net/outdoor/native/skills/teepee.htm)
or here (http://www.monsterguide.net/how-to-make-a-teepee.shtml)
Buying a tipi (http://www.hearthworks.co.uk/buy.html)
Lots o' pages (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=buying+a+tipi)
Probably not what you are looking for, but here is a link to some camping tipis.
I'd suggest going to your library and checking out some books on native Americans and things of the such. I'm sure you can find some sort of how-to.

Are you going to live in it?
That would be epic.
