I am trying to lighten my MR1 load by switching to a remote air system. Can anyone post a list of materials I will need in order to make this adjustment?

Thanks

Gun wise, the only thing you will need is a remote line. It comes with all the fittings that you need - the part that screws into the ASA of your MR1 and the part that screws into your tank. http://cgi.ebay.com/UPZ-Paintball-Coil-Remote-Hose-CO2-Air-Line-On-Off-W-QD_W0QQitemZ160279379794QQihZ006QQcategoryZ83044QQ ssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
This is a thick coil remote line - there three different kinds of remote lines, thick coil, microline, and steel braided line. The standard is the thick coil line (the one in the link) but the others are just as good, but just to mention, I haven't seen the steel braided ones in a while, and some say that the microline isn't strong enough to handle heavy firing because of its thin size.

You will need a way of carrying around your tank. Ronin Gear has a leg holster for up to a 20 oz tank that is cheap, or you can get a harness that holds your tank and a couple pods on your back. Go on ebay and look up paintball harnesses and find something that suits you. Or you can even go crazy with a vest from special ops or RAP4.

Where can you get a harness that holds C02 and pods? I haven't been able to find one anywhere.

Great vests forsure but waaaaaaay too much money. I just did a search on ebay and found over 300 different vests all under $100. This is similar to the one I got.

RAP4 has some good harnesses, I have one of theirs. Just be warned that they jack up the prices on their stuff.
