thank ya uch i need to find some place that has a P-40 Warhawk Shark Smile to place around the front of the barrel
07-30-2008, 09:58 AM
How's it work?
07-30-2008, 10:02 AM
well Load nerf rocket in to barrel..............screw the a 12 gram into the quick change while the ball valve is in the off position **VERY IMPORTANT** Then point at target and shoot it will shoot a pocket vortex about 250 ft
07-30-2008, 10:05 AM
Coolio...Sounds dangerous. :D
07-30-2008, 10:07 AM
12 gram quick change
2" Diameter X 15" long PVC
2" PVC End Cap
90 degree Steel Elbow
1" long Galvanized Steel Pipe
5" Long Galvanized Steel Pipe
Steel Pipe Ball Valve
Steel Pipe Reducer to fit quick change to rest
All Steel pipe need s to be 3/4"
07-30-2008, 10:11 AM
How heavy is it?
07-30-2008, 10:14 AM
1) Drill Hole in PVC to fit the elbow into PVC start witha .5" bit and file out to fit
2) Place end cap onto end of PVC and slam cap onto by poping it on ground a few times
3) Using a table top vice clamp screw parts on in this sequence
Elbow-1" pipe-ball valve-5" pipe-reducer-quick change
I suggest using plumbers tape(teflon) on the screw parts to seal leaks.
**Note** The 5" pipe is basically the expansion chamber dont go any smaller than 5". The 12 grams have 500 psi the ball valve is rated around 600 psi
4) Screw the assembly onto the PVC use a sealant as extra protection the stop any other seal around the joints

07-30-2008, 01:13 PM
ways alot less than any of my piranhas fully loaded
07-30-2008, 01:15 PM
Well, your design's a lot lighter than mine :p. I'm going to be using a full-size CO2 tank.
07-30-2008, 01:19 PM
only need one shot tho :dodgy:
07-30-2008, 01:20 PM
Not on a speedball course :D
07-30-2008, 01:21 PM
need a clip feed then
07-30-2008, 01:22 PM
You're right! I need to satisfy my need for modding anyway. Great Idea!
07-30-2008, 01:28 PM
either like a WWII Anit -Air or revolver style would be cool
07-30-2008, 03:36 PM
hey, if you look up the site for that grenade launcher shady has on his gun, they have stuff (cardboard) that fits in the tube and you load it with about 50 paintballs (or a grenade). the cardboard acts pretty much like a bullet casing except that it stays with the projectile until it leaves the barrel. you should do something like that for a shotgun effect :D
07-30-2008, 04:04 PM
^That's called a sabot. It's generally used regardless of ammo.
07-30-2008, 04:08 PM
yeah, thats the word... it slipped my mind. thats pretty bad considering my dad's a tanker...
07-30-2008, 06:35 PM
well actually i was going to try to make one a lil smaller that would fit onto the front of one of my guns and either shhot the rocket or the sabot
07-31-2008, 02:21 PM
i am in need of some ideas for making a breach loading canon any chance any of you guys have pic that i can scale down
07-31-2008, 02:33 PM
cannon as in 2-wheeled artillery cannon??
mount the 12g on top (where the fuse would go) and attach a pull string to the valve handle :p
GL finding working wagon wheels though...
07-31-2008, 04:47 PM
Tractor Wheels FTW!!!!
07-31-2008, 06:23 PM
ok wrong word grenade launcher under barrel style
07-31-2008, 06:38 PM
if you put a handfull of paintballs in it will it launch them out far? lol
07-31-2008, 06:45 PM
i dont think it would have a problem but i would like to make a sabot round tho so no paintballs end up clogging the pipe
07-31-2008, 06:46 PM
You could do a "Street Sweeper"-type setup here (http://www.lakesideguns.com/c3gallery/sweepers.html)
07-31-2008, 06:47 PM
what cha mean?
07-31-2008, 06:48 PM
Like a scaled down breach-break revolving chamber grenade launcher.
07-31-2008, 06:50 PM
ah..............not willing to spend that much time or money on it :dodgy: :D
07-31-2008, 06:52 PM
Then I will! :D
