View Full Version : Velocity adjuster help

I'm using an icon z velocity adjuster because it has tools-free RVA. It is stuck in the gun. I can't get it out! I've even tried pliers, it just won't budge! Any help is appreciated!

Ok im not familier with the product you are talking about so i will ask a Question first.
-Is it still removed in the same manner from the gun as the stock velocity adjuster with the push pin?

of corse you could always use a cutting torch Irish ;)

Yes it is removed and put in the same way, and as much as I would love to I can't destroy it, it's the only one I have since the original's key hole got stripped.

It's bin so long since I have used my Mr1 I cant say im super familier with it. can you take your valve ect out from the other way and use something from the oposite sie to push it out?

Mmmmm...Try getting a blow dryer and heat up the body and not the adjuster. That might help.

I don't really want to mess with the valve, not my area of expertise, but if that's the only way then it's worth a shot. I'll try your suggestion first DirtySouth.

NVM, got it. Turns out I had tightened one the grip screws too tightly.

Thats one to keep in mind im sure that has potential of poping up again.

Yeah, I feel like an idiot, too. That's not the first time it's happened.
