I have an eye condition called "binocular instability" also known as "convergence insufficiency". Basically what it means is that I have a focal point of 1-2ft and my eyes don't team well at close distances. So pretty much when something is close up, unless I really concentrate, everything goes double/out of focus and my left eye (weak eye) drifts left (looks similar to a lazy eye). Which means everything looks farther, reading requires a lot of concentration and tires me out, and it can be very distracting.

Anyway the point of this is, does anyone know anything I can do for it besides pencil push-ups (hold pencil away, focus on tip, bring it in closer until it either touches your nose or your eyes unfocus) for 20 minutes a day? I couldn't find anything useful when I searched google. Pencil push-ups are a real drag, I can tell you that.
