what are the best types of dremel bits to use when milling a spyder body? i've used cutting disks, but those seem to snap after a while.

cutting disks are the best, go slow and they don't break. if u want a long straight line, use a hacksaw

Not trying to argue but if you are breaking discs alot turn you speed up. If you look in the manual it says for cutting aluminum you should be running your speed at 8-10. I had the same problem because I was running mine at about 4 because I wanted to take my time and not screw up. One day I went through like 12-15 discs. Also you might want to try using the fiber reinforced disc, they work much better. Hope I helped.

Find a professional with a CNC machine (AKA make a new friend ;)). Much easier on the wallet if they are nice and do it for free. :)
