Is there any way i can dogleg the stock without using a power saw and anything like that? And is there another way i can use the stock actually with my mask?

You could use a hacksaw, or anything else to cut it. A dremel will somewhat melt its way through while cutting. I'd say just get a jcs stock and not worry about it.
