Offer on our first house

My real estate agent is on his way over so we can make an offer on our first house...it's small and needs some work...but I am stoked!!! no more apartment living baby!!! I can actually shoot reballs in the garage or yard without my wife complaining!!!

NO MORE SHARRING WALLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MY DAUGHTER HAS A YARD AND SWING SET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to make house repairs...ah well can't when em all!!!

Congrats. I'm working towards purchasing a house in the near future also. I'm thinking a year down the road I'll be in a position to purchase a house.
