View Full Version : Another "MR2 Questions"

I have had my MR2 for a year now and here is my setup is below in my sig.
Recently I have started to look into the upgrading side of paintball and I have a few questions.
1. Qloaders: I have red a few threads about them and their reliability and I wanted to get one but my only thing is how should I mount it if I were to get one.
2. internal upgrades: What kind of upgraded bolt should I get and where do I find good ball detents?

If you could comment with some help/tips thanks in advance :)

your sig isnt showing...

1) theres various mounting options: directly to the feedneck via adapter, under the barrel (on the foregrip), and a few others.

2) Alamo City Paintball del-flow bolt, but i dont know if they make them for the MR2. get Intimidator detents.

Oh I don't know why, it says I saved it but here it is
My MR2
Viewloader Revolution 12v with X Board
PSI 3000psi Coil w/ Slide Check Remote
Trinity T Lock
Trinity Military Wire Stock
Adco Sure Shot Sight
Flux Wraparound Grip
14" J&J Ceramic Barrel
MR Assault Body Kit
MR Carrying Handle

I was just wondering how can I put it on the side of the gun. What would I need to buy?

honestly though if you wanna save yourself alot of hastle direct feed that sucker and skip the hoses best way to use them.

I heard about problems with the hose I'm willing to deal with but do I have to buy the CMS package? I'm strapped for cash seeing as I'm in high school but can't I just use the standard mounting bracket and maybe unscrew one of those side panels towards the back of the gun and use that hole and screw to mount it?

yeah i think if you look through the post a pic of your MR2 thread someone did just that. It's worth a look if you plan on ding it.

Okay, thanks a bunch for all the help. :D
I'll take all of this in consideration when I get my Qloader

No I dont remember who did it but they made a bracket that went from the screw that holds the back plate on, on the right side of the marker (if you were holding it) to the standered mounting socket.

I think it was pbgrandpa, he used the CMS bracket though. My suggestion is get one, get the cms upgrade, and play around. You'll figure it out.

They give you alot of different options with the CMS every bracket to attach it any way.

Alright, I guess I'll save up some extra cash to get the CMS+Harness pack. I'll probably need the 5 pack correct? Seems like 2 just isn't enough.

I would get the 500rnd kit. I actually have 2 of the 500rnd kits that way I have 10 pods. Its nice to fill all ten then if you want you just keep swaping pods instead of always stoping to fill them.
