View Full Version : RSX Question

I bought a VS3 from a company that ended up being sold out of the gun. They tried to order another one for me but when they called Kingman they found out that they no longer make the VS3. The company offered to "upgrade" me to the RSX for free or refund my money. Is this really an upgrade or at least a fair deal? I am pretty new to paintball so I thought I would get some veteran opinions. Thank for the info.

i'd take it. by "upgrade" do they mean they'll give it to you for the VS3 price, or will you still have to add money?

I don't have to add anything. they are just gonna give me the RSX for the price that I paid them for the VS3.

go for it.
They no longer make the VS3??? What??

thats what the guy from the store said. He told me he tried to order me one from Kingman but he was told they they are no longer making the gun. Whether or not that is true or if he was just feeding me a line I do not know.

ohh man I wish that would have happen to me! Take it man its a great opportunity. Or ill trade you for my VS3?
Still take it, in my opinion RSX>VS3. The VS3 has the Rocking Trigger, which some fields do not allow... The RSX has a Tadao Board, and Saber Trigger(I think).

If he wants a VS3 ill trade him mine...... :)

OK I called the guy and told him to send the RSX. Thanks for all the info everyone. Ill let you know how it shoots when I get it :D
I wish I could have got the RSX, but I had to settle for the RS, money wise and the fact I can't get HPA.

why cant you get HPA?
No local place, I mean I could go pretty far out and get it but it wouldn't be worth it... I would also need to buy a tank...

ah yeah that would be a good reason to not get an HPA tank wouldnt it? Whats up with the tanks being so expensive anyways? Cheapest I could find was a Crossfire High Pressure 68/4500 on ebay for $145 + shipping. its crazy.

found one on here for $135, but its pending, and i'm broke :(

so I got the RSX and its awesome. loving it so far. Question I have now is has anyone else used one? If you have what do you think of the stock barrel? I have a J&J 14" Ceramic and I can't decide which I want to use? Anyone have an opinion on which is better?
