Order mistake!!!!!!

i just ordered about 100 bucks worth of stuff from actionvillage. when i sent in the order, it marked me down for two separate orders of the same thing, two separate orders at $100 a crack. but now its to late to cancel one, its already shipped.

so my question is:
is there some way i can contact the ups guy (or whatever company) and tell him not to drop off one of the packages, cuz i most likely wont be home when he comes. that way i won't have to mess around with any "re-shipping". the delivery guy will just take it with him.

When you get the package, just mark as "return to sender." Bring it to UPS, and they will ship it back. Generally speaking, there are no fees. Be sure to contact Action Village about it though.

but there will be a 5-10 dollar shipping fee, right...or wait, if i just return to sender, then actionvillage would pay the shippping, hmmmm.

I would not do that...

A lot of time you need to get some type of RMA number to return something.

You may just get charged 2 times and your stuff will be in limbo at AV.

Call them and ask if (return to sender) is what you should do.
