Dry rub > wet. Anyone who tells you to put some sauce on them, shouldn't be giving you advise.

I like mine with a dry rub and then marinated with some special juice for about an hour. Then I skewer them with a roticery pole and just let the hang over the flames for about 3 hours. Sort of like smoking them without smoke. Then I let whom ever is eating them pick their own sauce. I am from the south and I like mustard base sauces. Not everyone does so that's why I do it this way.

bw3 hot barbecue is my favorite hot barbecue sauce. Sweet, I prefer Bob Evans Wild Fire.
