it just needs to be painted to match the body, or vice versa

I kinda like the shroud as it is, looks like a compensator on a 1911. The only thing I would change is a different single trigger frame. Those classics are just to narrow and look a little off. Maybe the bob long or dye. I know where someone has 7 of the dye single triggers.

I told you to use that bob long frame!!!

i think it looks great except for the trigger frame. it looks out of proportion to the rest of the pistol. I like how you extended the shroud on the front of it to cover the barrel, particularly. but i agree that if you get a bigger t-frame it would look desert-eaglish, or like a big colt 45 semi, but better anyway.

still overall, bravo.

my m-4 is almost done. just awaiting my MR1 sightrail. I changed the trigger frame to a bob long single, hacked the reservoir plug on the front so the barrel shroud fits flush, and put on my collapsible stock. with the mag mod, it is looking pretty killer. pics soon.

has anyone out there done a TEC-9? i'm thinking about that one next...seems like that would be a natural conversion since the two look so much alike anyway.

Hey steve, Is this the same low pressure design that your other mr1 had?

Theres something like a Tec-9 in another thread. I'll try to find it for you. Might be show your MR1 or greatest ever.

I wonder how easy it would be to attach that pistol springfeed.....how do you think you are going to attach it? I am wondering because I want to be able to play in pistol/pump games and I think with that they will let me play...

gonna have to do a lot of grinding and some drilling, and end with tapping... not sure yet until i get it... OK I WILL GET A NEW TRIGGER FRAME... lol

kingman-rep- just get me one ☻

on second thought... i had to run the microline through the trigger frame, not that easy to do, especially to drill it all out... so the frame stays...

if you go to my "greatest mr1 ever" thread, there are pics that show where i mounted the MICRO line... that is the key, macro line is wa too big...

cyberthrasher_706

How's that run with MICRO line in it? Do you have any pressure problems?

Tech Steve
05-21-2008, 04:29 PM
NO PRESSURE PROBLEMS AT ALL... its mechanical so the recharge rate doesn't need to be super fast

cool, that's just something I've been wondering about lately. Wasn't sure if MICRO for a main line would cause any problems.
