View Full Version : summer cruisin' mix cd

05-02-2008, 02:51 PM
i've been working on a mix cd for just driving around this summer. nothing heavy, just laid back, easy listening stuff. also, i'd like to have a mix of artists, not too many by the same band, because i could probably make 2-3 cds of just Bouncing Souls songs. i mostly listen to anything rock, so if its been mainstream anywhere in the past 30-40 years, i've probably heard it. any reccomendations?

I believe in a thing called love - The Darkness.

I don't care what you say. That song is funny.

Throw some Iron Maiden in there. May not be relaxing, but man I wish I had his voice.
Run to the Hills, MAGICAL.

I'd give my DM6 to have his voice.

Pink Floyd and Nirvana. Pink Floyd is in general soft, fluid and has a lot of cool synthesizer effects and Nirvana is just good music to celebrate freedom i.e. Smells Like Teen Spirit.
