I bought my tickets yesterday and I'm going tonight. There's a station down here called Y100 (Z100 in NY) they get mr.moviephone on every friday to review movies. Well, he said ironman is his new favorate superhero. Everyone at the station was like OMG! Mr.moviephones likes a movie?! lol

Just a little heads up, wait till after the credits, there's a 40sec clip of something........forgot what it was about. Maybe Warmachine? Idk ima findout tonight.

Tonight at 9 is when I am going to see it. I think the after the credits thing is something that they left as a question during the movie.

I heard it was excellent. I doubt I'll have time to see it this weekend but hopefully sometime in the near future I'll see it.

That was right up there on my top list of worst movies ever. It was right beside silent hill and anything my wife makes me watch.

I saw it and it WAS AWESOME!!! I liked Ghost Rider. If you want something to add to your worst movie list check out Howard the Duck. It's premise is a humanoid duck being sucked up by a wormhole and being transported to our world, I won't spoil it but, let's just say it also involves a dark wizard.

And another one of the three stooges stops by. Hows it goin Irish?

I think i could do without the duck, Ironman does look good on the previews though. I would say based on the preveiws it is alot better then a good lot of the other marvel movies. Maby I will watch it some day.

You should, and I have always fancied myself a stooge at heart :).

Just got back from the show and I gotta say, I'm a bit disappointed.

It was a good movie, for sure. I, too, will rank it with Spawn and Ghost Rider - both movies I enjoyed, but definitely not in my top action movie list. It had its good parts - the first 30 minutes, the first time Iron Man actually goes into action, parts of the final fight, etc. But it was definitely full of long, tedious moments.

I understand it was meant as an introduction to the guy, and as such it's not that involved in the action sequences. Robert Downy, Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow and Jeff Bridges - all excellent actors and did a wonderful job in this movie.

In my mind, Spiderman I and II, Batman Begins, Superman, X-men I and II, and Transformers were better movies - but don't get me wrong. I still enjoyed it. However, I won't be paying to see it again until it comes out on the movie channels.

Vike's Comic Book Movie Ranking = 3.5 out of 5
