New to this forum, Halo hopper question

Sup ya'll, I'm a rook to this game but I do have a MR2 and let me tell you the info on this site is the best, props to the folks who put those threads bout upgrades and all very helpfull to newbies like myself.
Anyways my first of many more newbie questions to come is I've got an Halo hopper and I was wondering can I switch out the AA battery adapter and swap for a 9v, it holds 6 at 1.5v that should equal out to 9v (I think lol) or will it drain faster or anythoughts from the experts here, pros and cons..etc

yes you can however I forget who makes the modes, they only charged 3$ for it. I cant remember who it was though can anyone else?

yes it will drain faster but it will be alot lighter thats why most people do it.
