i am going to buy a new bolt for my mr2 i need help on witch one does what

its the delrin 2 o-ring bolt for the MR2.

Most people buy the 2 oring bolt. The 3 oring bolt is pretty hard on your detents.

Personaly I use the Low-blow bolt and I like it. It directs the air more to the bottom of the ball creating backspin and giving it a little more distance at the cost of a bit of accuracy. I think its a good bolt though.
