I used my autococker today and when I was taking it apart I noticed the bolt had like a gel substance for lube. Now my question is can u lube the bolt orings with gold cup or do I gotta get that same gel-like lube? What kind of lube is that anyway?

I know I gotta put a couple of drops of goldcup into the ASA and do acouple of dry shots to lube the internals.

Use oil on the bolt, gold cup will be fine.

Grease or whatever they have on the bolt shouldn't be there.

isnt dropping oil into the asa bad on electro cockers?

Gel substance? :dodgy: Paintball oil in a 'Cocker works great, even e-cockers.

Thanks for the response guys. About the drops down the asa, the manual says you should do it after every 4-5 days of play.

The jelly was probly patrolium gelly. Thats what the owners manual says to use. At least it's cheap.
