? about Compressed Air

Is a compressed air tank the same as a N2 (nitrogen) and a HPA tank? Also, if I were hooking one up to a Spyder RS what type of output should i get high or low, keep in mind the RS runs at 300 PSI. THanks

hpa/compressed air are the same thing. theres 2 types of tanks though. high and low. red=high, blue=low
I think its only for crossfire tanks..not too sure though.
But ya...HPA=compressed air
