modding stock board?

hey guys i saw this video on you tube where a guy shorted out his stock board or somthing like that and his board shot like 40bps

so do any of you know how to do stuff like that???

its been discussed on PBNation, and its not really possible. whatever that guy did, he just got lucky when he shorted it.
