Virtue is coming out with the new redefined updaye and spyders arent eligeble. Im so disapointed in virtue, I thought theyre customer service was good but I guess I was wrong:mad:

The new Virtue® Redefined boards will begin shipping March 27th and include the following performance enhancements and usability features:

• User Defined Player Profiles™ – Use Dip Switch 1 to quickly switch between 2 player profiles you define in the programming menu. Example, program the gun in PSP Mode capped at 13.2 bps with Dip Switch 1 in the “on” position and then switch it to “off” and program it into Millennium Mode capped at 12bps. Now to play a different format, simply flip the Player Profile™ dipswitch 1 between “on” and “off” to quickly switch your gun between Player Profiles. Each Profile can have its own unique Debounce, Dwell, Rate of Fire, Firing Mode, Eye Delay, etc. Now you can make complex changes to the settings on your Virtue board with the flip of a switch!

• Updated Millennium Mode to comply with new 2008 rules

• New Ramp Shot Initiation Setting – now you can set the exact shot (1st – 10th shot) that the ramping kicks in at, in addition to the Ramping Percentage, Ramp Activation Speed, and Max Rate of Fire settings. Create your own legal PSP or Millennium mode modifications!

• New Select-A-Mode™ - put your gun in Select-A-Mode to instantly cycle through modes on the fly during game play with just the press of a single button.

• Training Mode – put your gun in Training Mode to get real time feedback on your BPS and train to increase your trigger speeds.

• New Max Rate of Fire Options – set the rate of fire to the 10th ball per second. Get an edge on your opponents by controlling you Rate of Fire down to the 10th ball per second. Shoot 13.3bps when they’re only shooting 13!

• Compatibility with future plug-n-play Virtue® Wireless Technologies.

• Redefined Eye Logic with optimized Anti-Breach Bounce Breakbeam software

• Increased improvements in battery life – over 200,000+ shots during testing.

What gun types is Virtue® Redefined available for?

no offense but duh, thats why they lowerded the spyder boards, they had to many and stopped making them, plus tadao owns the new spyders, and now Scenario Dreams owns the olds

Yea I have always been a tadao fan. They are just an all around better company imo. Look at it like this, Tadao has a contract with bob long (vice and closer) and spyder (rsx) to use their boards as a stock board. What gun company uses virtue as a stock board....none to my knowledge.

I thought so too until I tried getting them to fix a board under their warranty.... been a year. Tadao has never let me down, on the other hand....

I talked to a tech at virtue today. He said it remains unclear wether virtue realeases the redefined update for spyder but he thinks that there is a strong possibility that they will realeases it for spyders.

i would also like to add that tadao has designed some new boards for smart parts that have not been released yet.... and yeah... bummer on the upgrade for spyder boards for virtue... but they did lower the price...

I don't mean to revive an old thread...

I was hesitant to send in my board for the "update", but I finally figured why not. I am sending my DM board in and I was wondering if anyone else has done it to their boards yet? If so, what do ya' think of the update?
