Ok, so for the last 2 years I have been using a Spyder Xtra with a 20oz Co2 tank. Nothing fancy. I have NEVER used an electric trigger, so is it fairly easy to use, I know the finger movement and all so im not a complete n00b. I am planning to get a VS2 in the near future so this is what Im all planning to get:

-Spyder VS2-Silver
-Pure Energey 47ci/3000 psi
-Spyder Java Pod Pack 4+1 Camo
-Drop Connector

Thats about $250 worth of stuff from ActionVillage and thats not including a new mask, jersey, and maybe even a Halo hopper...so what do you think?

Drop Connector?

You can get it alot cheaper used..

I'd get bigger tank than a 47/3000, unless go to a field with all day air. Wont last too long if you want to play with your friends. Maybe a 68/3000 or anything 4500, I dont think there is much difference in the price but I'm not sure. I bought my 2nd 70/4500 carbon fiber for $100 on craigslist and it still has 3 yrs until next hydro.

I would get an electronic hopper if I were you. I have a HALO B and works great with my VS2.

yeah but i hate the little sensor thing to make the wheel turn, it doesnt work right all the time, i had to shut mine off and on to get it to start feeding in the middle of the game, usally only if im low on paintballs, eyes would be better though

If your on a budget,
Speedball: Fasta
Woodsball: Halo TSA or Empire Revoution II (the 9v fasta wouldnt be bad but there are a little higher)
if your going woodsball id wait for the pilot w eyes

I think the Halo TSA's work great with the VS2, I have one and it is really smooth firing.

I have an EGGY 3 and that thing rocks, plus looks pretty good.

I have an RS, but if you are planning on woodsball then I went with the Empire B, which is 23 BPS, and sound activated so you don't have to problem with the sensors.

You might also want to buy some paintball oil.

Go with a vlocity jr. They are great loaders, super fast and they have a huge mouth, so you cant miss. I have a gangsta chip in mine I love it.

I think the Halo TSA's work great with the VS2, I have one and it is really smooth firing. I got one of these. The Frontman. It works pretty good. Batteries last forever. It's profile is a little bigger than my halo but works well.
