I caught up with one of my old buddies and he gave me my 007, his 007, his brother's pmi and prolite. I have manged to make one 007 from the two and the prolite is in perfect condition. The pmi, however, had a ball or 4 in the chamber when they put it up some 7 years ago. I have managed to get the action working but since I have never had one, I really don't know how to take it apart. Is there anything online or can anyone give me some tips on how to take it apart? I just want to get them clean and in good shape. I took the 007 out in the yard and boy does that take me back! I'll put some pics up when I have some time... and they are a little cleaner!

Like a PMI-3? If so its pretty close to a VM-68.

Most PMIs are easy to clean and maintain

No, like a pgp-pmi-sheridan-pump-back-in-the-day type deal.

cool! and you forgot nelson... how could you!?!?

first, i'd take off all the visible screws and lay them out in a pattern resembling the gun. taking pics helps too.

I had the nelson firing in about 5 minutes!:D That was my marker. I could strip field strip it in a hot second! As far as the pic, that was one just on the net. I'll get some pics later after I cleaned them up and stuff. They are all pretty bad except the prolite.

Ask Druid all you want about it. He has no life (just kiddin', Paul!) and has one of those, I believe. Here's (http://www.spyder.tv/forums/showthread.php?t=9304) his thread with his PMI with his six-pack for photographic reference.

Yea. LOL! It is broke, though. I may try to tear into it but I think some of the parts that spin the cylinder may be missing. Those are some old .50 cal balls there with it.
