should be a good deal. but are they in hydro, and they look like 68s is that right? if they are out of hydro, it isn't that expensive to get them hydro tested again, so i would go for it. And make sure the regs are good, if all checks out go for it.

The left one is good till July 2009 and the right one is good till September 2010. Be warned that both are low pressure output tanks(450psi). Still a very good deal if the tanks are in good shape.

well he said they are in hydro, the left one says '04-check every 5 years and right says '05 check every 3 years so seems so.

I think they are 68s too, ill check the regs when I pick up
thanks

its good, if you have an LP gun, which I believe the mr2 is not, its a good deal just not for you

might try picking them up, then trading them off for a HP Tank, the deal seems to be worth it if they're in working order.

wow bummer for me huh

what does it take to make mr2 LP? new bolt?

Everything you might need to know about LP, here (http://www.OtterSCCustoms.com/lp.html).

But, it takes a new barrel (if you don't already have a good one), new bolt, sometimes a new striker, new valve, new regulator, and a spring kit, and that's just to start. Plus, with an MR2, you may only get down to a couple hundred psi, and with the low pressure bottles, you may run into serious issues with the bottle not being able to recharge the regulator fast enough.

With that being said, it's still a good price, I know that, if you bought them, I would be interested.

interested enough to trade me for a hp tank or enough to buy one?

are hp takes generally more money than LP?

No, but often more desired which drives up their prices.

well with the price of those tanks i would get them and resell them or, get two new high pressure regs (800 psi) and then you would have like 160 in two tanks. you can sell these on pbnation for much more than 50 each. and you can find high pressure regs for around 30. good luck in whatever you do.

I picked up these tanks, I think I got a pretty good price, not fantastic, but good. They'll work for my markers and I can always upgrade the reg later on.

I might sell them, but I'll more than likely use them myself, maybe eventually upgrade the regs.
