without the spring its way to wobbly. i just did the magnet mod combined with a roller switch and absolutely love it!

id say either get do the magnet mod or get a new trigger. you start taken apart your trigger and youre gonna run into problems, especially if youre talkin about taken the spring out. but like df said, itll be way to wobbly without the spring. just find a trigger that you like or try some of your buddies out and see what you like the feel of.

Yeah, leave the spring. One thing you can do if you don't want to pay for a new trigger is to take some of the side-to-side wobble out. Remove the trigger and find some small flat washers to install on either side of the trigger to take up the slack and eliminate lateral play. Some people have found plastic or teflon washers, which work best. After you reassemble, adjust the trigger and you may be happier with it that way.
