http://rap4.com/paintball/os/qloader-adaptor-spyder-p-2984.html

anyone please tell me if you have found these items at a better price, and also tell me if i need or may want something with these items. I dont want to take off any mods or anything on my mr2, i just want to qload it.

thanks :D

personally, i would get the 500rnd kit, also i would get it directly off the q-loader site so that you get a lifetime warrenty, not that its unreliable, but just in case

dont get the mr adapter. its just a direct feed adapter that is not only renamed as rap4, but is cheaper direct from qloader.com. when you buy their 500 round + harness kit, the mounting kit it comes with will put the qloader under your barrel, or at the side leading back to you. the point is, you can strap it to your barrel without paying extra. the only other way to mount it on the MR2 is to get the rail adapter, then get the MR2 side rails.

oh so basically buy the same stuff plus the harness kit, but all direct from qloader.com?

wait a minute, im confused, can I have some links as to what exact products I should get? i dont think I'll have the cash for the 500 rd package... will i need the SP-8 mod to mount it on my mr2 or does the 500 rd package's custom mounting upgrade work with my mr2? i dont need the harness, i already have a tactical vest i can carry the pods in

the CMS is for "hanging" your loader itself off the gun. The SP8 mod kit allows you to attach the hose from the Qloader to the Feedneck of the marker. So yes you will need the SP8 kit.

as for the MR2 adaptor from Rap4......read around on this forum. It doesnt seem to be getting rave reviews.

the sp8 kit is not ideal. if you want to mount it on your feedneck,
1. with some work it can be accomplished without the sp-8 mod, which I think does something completely different, anyway.
2. unless you are having MAJOR chopping, this defies the point of the q-loader unless you want it to hang off the feedneck, lower on the gun. in this case, the mounting kit it comes with, with the head turned sideways, is perfect.

as you can see, the mounting kit has a loop at the top. normally, you could use this to mount to the barrell, but by unscrewing it, turning it sideways, and putting the screw back in place will let it hang off the feedneck easily.

the SP8 gives the cleanest mounting option. What "some work" are you suggesting he do instead ? I am curious

i think i might do the SP8, i use a BT16 Apex barrel, so i have a shroud in the way, if that affects the mounting...

theres a pic of my MR2 and its setup just to help clarify my situation if any of those mods effect it. does that help in finding out what I'll need to purchase?

by the looks of it it seems you cant strap it to your barrel easily, if i were you id mount it like i did i cant really think of another way to do it

there IS a another way. Get a wooden dowel about 1 inch diameter. Cut it about 1.5 inches long and drill a hole down the middle of it. Get an M5 bolt at the hardware store about 2 inches long and thread it through the hole. Remove the front screw holding the AK-47 clip, and mount this bolt/dowel contraption in its place. Now you have a small peg dropping down that you can mount the CMS to ....

that might help.

if you look on q-loaders site, it shows that the front grip must be removed for the sp8 kit to work, meaning that you need to find another way to hold the gun, as the qloader won't be as stable in that position, besides the fact that it looks ugly.

as to OT, if you have the AK mag, get the rail adapter for the Qloader and attach it to the rails in front of the mag.

well okay heres another thing to take into consideration (sorry this is a litttle late, i left this out on accident) but my gun is WAY too forward heavy, so Im thinkin I might want to mount it off to the side... i looked at the pic on RAP4 about the MR2 adapter, and it shows it right on the feedneck which is probably what I would prefer to do, unless there is an easy way to mount the q loader closer to the back and on the side...

i think ill just get a rail adapter for the q loader and buy some side mount picatinny rails for my mr2. easier than having all the weight up front ya know? thanks for the help you guys, tell me if that would work just in case! :D

orly? sorry about that, then. the qloader site reccomends the sp8 mount, but the guides on their forums show the grips being removed, so I assumed that was what they were talking about.

okay anyways...on the first link, scroll down to RIS Rail Adapter.

Will these work for mounting the qloader on my MR2? i want the loader to be further back on my gun, my mr2 is way too forward heavy.
