Hi

I´m having a problem with my Spyder Victor:
It simply do not recook after a shot... There is no problem with the trigger, valve leaks or other things...Can you help me ? I think that the problem is in the spring inside the valve. I think that it loose strength in these 7 years of happy playing. What do you think ?

Does it fart? Is the valve in backwards? Is there heavy uneven wear on the valve pin? Is the hammer buffer behind the hammer and not in front of it? If the valve spring is screwed up your valve pin will be gouged.

Yes it farts...All the rest is okey...

Any suggestion ?

is the velocity about normal when you shoot it (one at a time)?

Yea with a chrono in front of you try cranking up the velocity adjuster. Worked on a couple of old VL triads that had worn springs, turning up the velocity adjuster fixed it.

I dont have a crony, but I put the spring of my mr1 on the victor, with the screw all the way in, and give me the same problem....

But I will try that !

Try swapping the valve spring, check the hammer oring for wear and clean the whole thing and relube it.
