Anyone know where I can buy a sheet of it. I am NOT looking for that tape wrap. I am looking for a vinyl decal sheet with the MARPAT pattern on it, to cut for my own designs...

go on the nation look in the new and services section of the b/s/t and there is a guy who does custom vinyls.
