I pulled the sides off and pulled the eyes out of the side. I cleaned them with alcohol. My Tadao board still says that the eyes are dirty. Any ideas?

It might be because I am just dry firing and I do not have any balls in the hopper. I will try it out with paintballs later on.

Most boards will read an eye error or dirty eyes when their on. They need to sense movement from a ballstack.
