No poll?
I like JT flex's 7,8,proflex etc. I like 'em all.

I'm a fan of Vforce as well. Ever since I got my profilers I haven't even looked at anything else.

Love my Grills and Profilers.

I am a real strong supporter of my I3 Pros but Grillz would be my next choice.

after vforce, vents and e-vents would be next for me

I'm going to have to go with JT Flex mask (any) or last tournament I wore a teamates Proto Axis and L.O.V.E.D. them

JT proflex followed closely by vforce grills.

vForce profilers. Been using them for years, and still prefer them to all others.

However, I did just buy a pair of proflexes for 20 bucks, barely used. I've always felt uncomfortable in them like there was nothing on my face, but I'm willing to give them a shot (pardon the pun...)

I love my Vforce grillz, I wouldn't give them up for any other mask, but the regular I3's are a close second, they're so comfortable, at least for me.

Vike, one thing i notice about proflexes is that they feel very free, and open, after you get over the whole "shot in the bare face" fear/feeling they're really awesome, plus people can hear you really well when you shout from them, where-as some masks muffle your voice a bit... oh... definitely wear a sandana or beanie to cover your earlobes, thats the only place it really sucks getting shot in.

01-05-2008, 12:29 PM
i like the proflex because of the soft ears

01-05-2008, 12:31 PM
Without a doubt, JT.

Ouch, earlobes? Um, wow...never thought of that happening, not sure I actually do want it to happen! Good thing I tend to never get shot in the side of the head...

I've been wearing them around a bit to get used to them. I've got some reffing gigs coming up to satisfy my team commitment so I'll wear them then. They do seem light and airy. Are they easier to breath in?

The only real issue I have so far is that the lense area is a bit smaller around my face - nothing serious, but that's the only place I can actually feel the mask. I'm sure I'll get used to them, but then I have to decide which ones to wear that day!

I am thinking of doing the Gangster mod on the profilers though. Looks pretty cool - one of the few "gangster" mods I actually like.

If u asked this before december, i woulda voted for PCS. I loved my mask alot, but now its the Dye i3 Pro's. Such a comfy mask.:)

First I say Profiler... then it's close between the Proflex and E-Vents.

01-05-2008, 10:29 PM
i voted JT because other than the cheap BE mask, Spectra/Flex masks are the only ones i've ever used. although the Raven X-Type (replaced by the new and ugly V-Type) looked awesome! my friend picked one up at a yard sale for $5

I voted other:

i3 pros for me..imo there isnt a better mask out there...although ive never used a flex...imo it beats the profiler and kills the grill...ive owned an events and a grill and my i3 pro and used plenty of filers and protos and it goes i3 pros>events>profilers/proto axis>grill in my book atleast. like i said ive never used a flex and they look like great masks.anyways i picked i3 pros

I just got a regular Dye I3 and I haven't gotten a chance to play in it yet, but still the foam is really soft and comfortable.

The new JT stuff is LAME.

slim and shady

Dye I3 Pro would be my pick, its the nicest mask i have ever wore hands down

I love my Blue E-vents, only cost me $70. No fog, easy lens change, good looks, and comes with 2 lenses. But I havent tried flex's or grillz.

but they muffle my voice a bit, so I just talk louder

Lol... I traded a stock Halo that had 3 screws for my E-vents. They came with 2 lenses, one clear one (brand new, still had the film on it, never used) and the Ninja one (also same condition). Heh. I love my E-Vents.

I love my Profilers even more though. I also picked up a pair for Flex 7's which I'll unveil once my Softearmod Soft ears come. :)
