which is more efficient, which has less kick, weight ect. i basically want to know the basic pros and cons of each so i can make a better choice on which one to buy
what would you recommend

the shocktech is your basic delrin bolt with a different venturi, and the acs doesnt have the venturi, which makes it more efficient, plus, its ACS.

Neither are good in my opinion. The Shocketech doesn't have O-rings. You're going to lose a lot of air due to that. Also, from my experience, when you chop, paint will get in under the bolt and jam your bolt.

www.alamocitypaintball.com is the place to go for bolts. I have one in my MR1 and one in my T-1 and I HIGHLY recommend the bolts to anyone. They are cheap, but very high quality.

Alamo City (http://www.alamocitypb.com) is the way to go IMO
