I recently bought this from a friend and I was wondering is there anyway to adjust the trigger sensitivity?

Being a mechanical frame, springs & stops will be it.

I want to say that Maddmann spring kits have a sear spring. The trigger spring, you can either pull it so its longer & cut some of the coils or find another spring about the same size but softer.

For trigger stops, you could put a small piece of metal inside the trigger spring for a rear stop. Then on top of the trigger where it touchs the body, drill & tap for a set screw.

yes, the maddman sear spring makes your trigger pull about half as hard as with the stock spring, and increases the slack in your trigger, so you could technically tap a set screw for the trigger, like otter did on his site.
