Im working on a spreadsheet for my tax crap & I need a little help.

So, I have my line for headers like pay date, hours, etc. On the next line I have the info but I need to move it & the rest of the info down like 2 or 3 lines without messing everything up so I can put older info there.

How do I move it down without coping & pasteing every line?

Ok, I figured out half of it. As in the whole file is one item, like pay checks or fuel tickets. But how do I move everything down when I have like 6 catagorys below whereI want to put something?

I know with an excel spreadsheet you can right click on the left hand side with all of your row numbers and insert a row but I haven't used Works in quite some time.

I some how moved my fuel tickets down today. I dont remember if i just inserted a new row or what.... Oh well.
