Looking for Shutter Parts

I'm rebuilding a Shutter that my bro-in-law bought used (and in pieces). The striker has a chip out of the face, and would need to be replaced (I would think), it is also missing the striker buffer.

Used parts would be prefered. New parts would seem to cost nearly as much as a working shutter on ebay. Please let me know what you have and what you would want for them, including shipping
