You dont know if the pressure is good or not or are you stumped?
Is your air tank full? Clean & lubed?

What electra do you have??
if its the 06 , I'd say increase reg press. You need to do this while shooting it.
also you might want to change the striker o-ring, its the red o-ring. they wear out quick, and because the gun is a blowback it relies on that seal to push the striker back.
clean it out, lube the striker not the bolt, bolt is made from delrin.

On a 2006 marker???? You would have to put an ungodly amount of cases per day to wear that out.
Clean & lube it & double check the striker oring.

It might be your cup seal. that might be your proplem.
