Do you like playing with a little distance between you and your enemey (examples are like sniping, or somewhat closer) or are you a close quarters, hand to hand combat kinda player? Post why if you feel the need to.

huh, thats funny, your name is vs3 sniper too..... oh well. I am sort of in between and since I just got my new apex barrel, I'll probably be backing off even more now.

I play close quarters, long range is for girls. and you get that adrenaline rush when you play closer.

My quite large, very strong back men would disagree with you...

all the way vikingshadow, ill bring my camcorder for when the brawl begins between them and xsvly-fat :D but yeah in scenario I find it extremely fun to hit someone from farther away and they don't have the slightest clue where you are

in the woods i generally go stealth, so its close but not too close. there is no real "sniping" when it comes to paintball because of the whole accuracy issue. i usually end up walking through small creeks and thorn bushes to sneak up from the undefended side of their base. if i were at D-Day i'd go through their sniper school though, all you do is pick a target and the ref calls them out as hit! during speedball i'll walk on the field with 1000+ rounds and play back, laying down suppressive fire until i get bored, then i work my way up.

Speedball: back or mid I rarely play front.
Woods: Try to sneak up close enough to hit them.

When I play, I like the more "in your face"
I dont care about getting hit by a paintball or getting out, in a more friendly game. I love to shoot and scare the heck out of the kids I play with. I love the fun of unleashing your whole load inyour loader as fast as you can, just for the fun of it.

More paint = more chance of hitting someone

I like a nice buffer zone so where you can survey the field but close enough as to where you can only look around for a maw of oh say 4 seconds and any longer than that would mean the guys in the direction your not looking can well
shoot you :)
(I'm sorry for my ramblings just very tired from today)

I generally like to be within 20-30 feet but I love the adrenaline rush I get running around the corner of a bunker shooting...I think thats why I get out a lot, but I always take atleast one of them with me.

For me if I feel i can take a player out 100% confident from a distance I will do it, as a sniper my biggest game is not being seen. but there are lots of times when its up close and personal and your playing like 10 feet away in the thick bush. I get a few mercies every now and again to wial im trying to find a good spot. I like to play CQ to though in buildings I like the rush of it. But all in all if I had my way I would be taking my oponent in the back after they walked past me at about 100 feet.

I really dont care anymore. When I started I was into the whole "sniper" thing. Then we started playing speedball without bunkers & would basicly end up inchs away from each other & waiting for the other player to get enough & just quit.

Now-a-days Im kinda all over the field, kinda in the back telling folks which way to go or bum rushing folks to scare them, 220lbs guy running full speed & shooting & not caring about being hit is a little scary.

i would like the whole sniper thing more but with the accuracy issue its hard to be consistent. and at my field we are sometimes short on people so you try to get as many people out as possible.

all depends on where and what type of game we are playing.

But after the game i am in yo face :)

any way you can get a hit is fine but there is something about putting the long ball out there and tagging someone.

I like to be on the other side of your bunker and will move until I'm there or your already out.

I have played mostly back until recently. I started playing more front, and it was a ton more fun.
