This barrel should be fine, but if it doesnt fit with the shroud still on the marker, it can be easily removed to make room for this barrel.

Removing the shroud also reduces weight:)

is there a thread on how to remove it or can someone tell me?

uhhh I dont think there is a thread, but its very simple. do you know what im talking about when i say shroud?

The little piece in front of the marker.

anyway. Removing it is easy. there are two screws holding the handle in place.Remove them. I think then you need to unscrew the screws holding the bottomline in place(under the grip frame)Slide the handle down and you can turn it to the side. Then you will see a small screw under the shroud. Remove that and you're done.

That barrel looks like it would fit fine. One of the benifits of removing that shroud was just because its heavy and in the future you can upgrade to any barrel that has spyder threads.

All you have to do is mesure the diameter of the barrel if its under 7/8 it will fit.

I dont think he wants to buy the barrel, then if it doesnt fit, send it back. So i told him just to remove the shroud and he has done so.

yeah I understand. If he wanted to leave the shroud all he would have to do is ask the seller to mesure the diameter outside to outside then he would know if it would fit the shroud.
