No more leak. Fixed it. Something about the minireg was screwy.

The CP reg leaks, but I haven't tested it.

I would say it better then CP, the only problem with the stock reg is that it doesn't like HP tanks, it will still run off of them but you might not be able to go below 300 and might have bolt stick or inconsistency in velocity.

I haven't noticed issues with HP regs ever since the 06 Speed. The mini regs since then have worked well with HP.
