barrel vs. paint bore size

ok im thinking about getting a new j&j ceramic barrel.. its bore size is a .688-.690. Would i be able to use paint thats bore size is .689-.691? im only wondering because .691 is bigger than the .690 and i dont know if this would affect anything..

.001 isnt very big at all & yes you can use that paint in that barrel. Wrost case would be bad paint in a very humid area & they swell up but most likely wouldnt even feed down your hopper.
