Ok been a while and I got a few IM's asking about him. Noah is doing a lot better than the docs here expected. He's now over 16 lbs and still growing. Started on solid food at 4 months old. They finally got the clubbed foot straightened out. Now he's in a brace for the next 9 months or so to ensure that it doesn't turn back in. The hernia they thought he had ended up being calcifications that fooled everyone so no surgical intervention required there. He still has to have surgery around June of next year to correct the tethered spinal cord, his heart condition is not progressing or regressing so they are happy with that. He's doing all the things a child his age should be doing developmentally so we can't complain. I can't begin to thank everyone here enough who has shown my family their support with prayers words of encouragement. I'll definitely keep you all updated as things change!
