I just bought a new spyder vs3 but came with no instructions.

Do i need to oil it at all prior or post use?

It is always nice to because the VS series of markers dont come lubed/oiled very well. Just dont oil the delrin bolt. Hater Suace in the reg is good too. Before you use it for the first time and after everytime you use it is ideal.

That is exactly right. The regulator is where you screw the tank into the gun at the bottom of the grip. It also functions as an on/off on the VS markers by using a the dial on the side.

if you need a manual visit :http:http://www.vsusergoup.com and then click on "Downloads" and you can get them there.

Enjoy your new marker, Take care of it and it will serve you well!

have fun!

Thanx for both your help. There was a video I found on you tube how you clean and lube your vs3.

Going tomorrow, kinda sucks that I have to wait 6-9 hours to shoot.

Can i exchange the sypder rechargable battery with a store bought one??

you can but you will not get very many shots out of it at all but it would make a nice back up to have

have fun!

I'm pretty sure the regulator is what you hold on to, not what your tank screws into. Your tank screws in an Air Source Adapter, aka ASA.

I'd wait for it to charge.

On most guns..yes you'd be correct but on the vs series it is in the ASA

Link to the website is second in sig..you should register there
