Identify this bolt?

I received this bolt as an extra with some other stuff I bought. I think it's a venturi style, but don't know the brand. Can anyone ID it? On a related note, it's for sale! I'll post in B/S/T once it's identified, but if anyone cares to make an offer, PM me. Thanks.
