yes im a noob player and ive only played like 3 times... i enjoy paintballing a lot and was looking into getting an mr2... but most people who own mr2s do more woodsball than i would do... so would an mr2 be good for speedball as well
plz give me your advice

yes, the mr2 is a speedball gun in a woodsball body,

it actually has the vs2 board in it,

i love my mr2 and i've upped it to the point it perfors the same as a vs2 but i'd recommend the vs2 over it, the mr2 is nice but when it comes down to it, its basically a heavy pilot with a vs2 board and trigger frame,

if you really like the mr2 though, i say sure go ahead and get it, just make sure you have a good hopper with it too, cheap hoppers mean **** on the mr2

if you're looking to play speedball I would get a VS2.

yeah mr2 is great for both, get a vs2 if you do mostly speedball, but mr2s are really nice just because they have a closed bolt. works well for me in woodsball, i dont really speedball so its perfect for me.

are vs2s easy to maintain?

Yes they are. All Spyders are easy to maintain compared to most other markers out there. You must now that with a VS2 you need an HPA or nitro or compressed air tank or whatever you want to call it. (all same thing)

a fancy name for the valve which is what makes the VS2 better then all of the other previous spyder markers. That's really all I know. There's others on here that probably know more and how it may work differently.

yep, the VS2 and VS3 has a new valve design from kingman which actually in my opinion works better than older and aftermarket vavles in previous spyders

I've play speedball with my MR2 all of us have I think...and really MR2 can keep up with anything I'd say...plus you put this gun in a speedball field...you're winning over your opponents already haha
